AI-Proxy is free — every feature, for everyone. There is nothing to buy, so this policy covers the only payments we take: voluntary donations that support the project.

Donations — 14-day goodwill refund

Donations unlock no features and are generally non-refundable, but we're not in the business of keeping money you regret sending. If a donation was a mistake — wrong amount, accidental double-click, or you simply changed your mind — contact us within 14 daysand we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Recurring support

Monthly and yearly support renews automatically through PayPal. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account to stop future charges. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll do our best to make it right.

How to request a refund

Email info@meta-thinking.net with the email address used at donation. Payments and refunds are handled by PayPal; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
